Weeell, I do have the recipe that came closest which my family hold on high regard, but I find it coming short of Gyu. The food is good. I served as an honorary Gyu-Kaku e-club member since the start of 2019. I observed the food quality and value decrease since the start of the covid pandemic. On this day, I received an email from gyu=kaku for a free appetizer with purchase. As a result, I am motivated to visit the restaurant.
